Refund Policy

We hope that you fall in love with your whind skincare products - but, in case you're not convinced and you'd like to return your product, we would be happy to refund you or exchange for another item. Please email our team orders@whind.com with your name, order number, and reason for return within 30 days of your order being placed.

We are not able to offer returns or exchanges on fragrances including sample sets, full size or travel sized. We're sorry that, unless a shipping error was made by whind.com, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs. To discuss your fragrance order with our team, please contact orders@whind.com.

If your item is damaged, please include a photograph of the damage in your email. The product will need to be returned to the warehouse for quality assurance purposes. We will provide a returns label and request that items are shipped back to our warehouse unopened where possible for hygiene purposes.

For hygiene reasons, we can only guarantee full refunds on unused and gently used items. Other items will be judged on a case by case basis. All returns will be processed and refunded in a maximum of 5 working days following receipt of the product at our warehouse.
