Shipping & delivery

All our orders are shipped with DHL. Please refer to the below for shipping lead times and rates:

*There are remote locations within UAE, KSA, Oman, Kuweit, Bahrein and Qatar that may have longer delivery times, which are dependent on our delivery provider.


Please note, for some international shipments, customs/import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Customs duties and any handling charges vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged.

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding national public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

We hope that you fall in love with your whind skincare products - but, if you're not convinced and you'd like to return your product, we would be happy to refund you or exchange for another item. Please email our team hello@whind.com with your name, order number, and reason for return within 30 days of your order being placed. If your item is damaged, please include a photograph of the damage in your email. The product will need to be returned to the warehouse for quality assurance purposes. We will provide a returns label and request that items are shipped back to our warehouse unopened where possible for hygiene purposes.

For hygiene reasons, we can only guarantee full refunds on unused and gently used items. Other items will be judged on a case by case basis. All returns will be processed and refunded in a maximum of 5 working days following receipt of the product at our warehouse.

 We are not able to offer returns or exchanges on fragrances including sample sets, full size or travel sized. We're sorry that, unless a shipping error was made by whind.com, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs. To discuss your fragrance order with our team, please contact orders@whind.com.

Ourika Sun product information: As a natural, non-DHA bronzing water, Ourika Sun drops can appear closer in hue to olive than brown in the bottle. Designed to give all skin tones a natural, warmer sunkissed glow upon application, both instantly and over time, the Ourika Sun glow is always natural and never overdone. As the unique formula is infused with natural bronzing and tinting agents, the colour of the formula also naturally varies upon application to skin, from brown through to olive undertones.
