We hope that you fall in love with your whind skincare products - but, if you're not convinced and you'd like to return your product, we would be happy to refund you or exchange for another item. Please email our team hello@whind.com with your name, order number, and reason for return within 30 days of your order being placed. If your item is damaged, please include a photograph of the damage in your email. The product will need to be returned to the warehouse for quality assurance purposes. We will provide a returns label and request that items are shipped back to our warehouse unopened where possible for hygiene purposes.

For hygiene reasons, we can only guarantee full refunds on unused and gently used items. Other items will be judged on a case by case basis. All returns will be processed and refunded in a maximum of 5 working days following receipt of the product at our warehouse.

 We are not able to offer returns or exchanges on fragrances including sample sets, full size or travel sized. We're sorry that, unless a shipping error was made by whind.com, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs. To discuss your fragrance order with our team, please contact orders@whind.com.

Designed to give all skin tones a natural, warmer sunkissed glow upon application, both instantly and over time, the Ourika Sun glow is always natural and never overdone. As the unique formula is infused with natural bronzing and tinting agents, the colour of the formula also naturally varies upon application to skin, from brown through to olive undertones.
